In October of 2008 construction commenced on a drupkhang (practice house) for nuns (anis). The construction was completed a year later and the durpkhang consecrated on Lha Bab Duchen, 9 November 2009. At that time seven nuns and one lay person went into the traditional three year, three month, three day retreat.
The top floor includes a shrine room and community practice and teaching area. Here is a gallery of images showing the preparation and consecration of the Ani Drupkhang.
